Phoenix Asset Management acquires and makes control investments in Enterprise Software and BPO companies serving the Financial Technology, Insurance Technology, and Enterprise Resource Planning markets. We look for investments where we can drive value through our knowledge of the industries we focus on and our relationships with the key participants therein. We also look for transactions that benefit from our knowledge of financial restructuring, operational turnaround of sales and marketing and tax optimization.

 

We are actively seeking both platform companies with in excess of $3M EBITDA and tuck-in acquisitions with over $1M in revenue.

 

We review a wide variety of potential transactions but focus on:

 

Management Buyouts: We partner with in-place management teams looking to take greater ownership and buy out an existing shareholder or creditors.

 

Corporate Lift-outs: We fund and structure divestitures of non-core assets.

 

Public To Private: When the burden of being a public company no longer serves the shareholders we will fund and assist management with the transition from a publicly traded to privately held entity.
